Why reviews come first
When Seer Interactive studied 804,491 AI answers, brands with no Trustpilot profile were cited about 1% of the time, while brands with even one to thirteen reviews were cited 53.5% of the time. Trustpilot paid for that study, so treat the size of the gap with care, but the direction is clear: a brand with no reviews barely exists in AI answers.
What happened
Across ten brands measured from 28 August to 24 September 2026, the programme added 1,101 new reviews, a 10.4% rise on a base of 10,579, at a combined pace of 60.9 a day. The portfolio now holds 12,164 reviews across 12 profiles, and one brand’s reply rate went from 46% to 100% over the same period.
What the data taught
Only three of the twelve brands were actively inviting customers to leave reviews, and those three are the three with the most volume, which is why the invitation now comes before anything else in the programme.
