Each dot is one point on a grid laid over the city, showing where the firm ranks in Google’s map results for that search when someone searches from that spot. The map is left out so the firm stays anonymous.

Where the firm started

Every client came through referrals. Nobody found the firm on Google, it had no inbound leads at all, and it had never done any SEO, which meant its growth depended entirely on who its existing clients happened to know.

The work

The campaign covered the four places a law firm’s enquiries now come from: its Google Business Profile, the local map results, organic search, and the AI answers Google shows above them.

What happened

Within 90 days the firm was getting four leads a week and signing three cases a week from them. By day 180 that had become 20 leads a week and five to six signed cases. On the search “business lawyer” the firm now sits in the top three at 21 of the 49 points tracked across the city, and at number one at 9 of them.
