You can read about every tool on this page without signing in, and Sitemap health needs no Google account at all. Two tools read your own Google data. Quick wins reads your Search Console data to find the pages closest to more clicks, and AI referral traffic reads your Google Analytics data to show the visits AI assistants send you. Each asks you to sign in with Google, and asks only for your email address and read-only access to the one service it uses, when you use it. Google grants that access for one hour, the tool keeps it only in an encrypted cookie in your browser and never on the server, and it cannot change anything in your account. The data is used only to build the report you asked for, and the report is deleted after 90 days. The privacy policy explains exactly what is read, kept and deleted.

Are these SEO tools really free?
Yes. Every tool is free, with no card. The sitemap checker needs no account at all, while Quick wins and AI referral traffic ask you to sign in with Google, because they read your own Search Console or Google Analytics data.
Why do the tools ask for my email address?
Each tool asks for your email address before it runs. You only join the mailing list if you tick the box for occasional SEO tips, and if you leave it unticked your address is not used to email you. The privacy policy explains the rest.
How long does my report last?
Each report has its own private link that works for 90 days, after which it is deleted along with everything the check gathered. You can download any report as a PDF or a CSV to keep it longer or hand it to a developer.
Can the tools change anything in my Google account?
No. Quick wins asks for read-only access to Search Console and AI referral traffic asks for read-only access to Google Analytics, along with your email address and nothing else. Google grants that access for one hour, it is kept only in an encrypted cookie in your browser, and signing out cancels it at Google straight away.
How many reports can I run?
Up to six an hour from one connection, across all the tools. The limit keeps the checks quick for everyone and light on the sites being checked, so if you reach it, try again a little later.
