I take one brand at a time, Nigerian or international, and check how it shows up where its customers decide: on Google, in ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers, and in its reviews. Each teardown grades what I found, shows the evidence, and ends with lessons you can use on your own business.

How I pick and grade brands
I pick brands people already know, because a lesson travels further when readers recognize the name. Every teardown grades the same four areas (SEO, AI search, reviews and growth) on an A to F scale, so one brand can be compared with the next, and each grade is my opinion of the evidence shown on the page, as of the date it gives.
Every teardown says whether the brand was contacted before it went live, and any brand can reply at any time, with its reply added to the page. If anyone shows me something I got wrong, I fix it and log the correction at the bottom of the page, and every teardown says plainly whether I have any relationship with the brand.
